Hastings - After 10PM only to home in city limits. Twenty mph on city streets. South businesses only 10 mph.

Inver Grove Heights - Snowmobile to Rich Valley Park on designated trails only.

Lakeville/Farmington - No Snowmobiling during the hours from 11PM to 8AM, Sunday through Thursday, 1AM to 8AM on other days, including days immediately previous to National Holidays, closer than 300 feet from any residential area, except in coming and going and going to a residence on the most direct route.

Rosemount - Coming and going, keep to the right, 10 mph on all roads, keep off boulevards, no overnight at Park & Rides, County 46 is One Way on each side.
